Become a super-stylist, effortlessly
Education, or learning and development as we call it, is a fundamental part of our business. As such, each team member has a personnalised training plan. It means clear objectives, and at least one formal training per month plus several practice sessions.
It's paid, and you don't have to work extra hours.
We focus on one topic at a time, until you're fully confident on client.
Whether you're just getting started or have a wealth of experience, there's something for you. We teach 5 different techniques of balayage. We deliver trainings on customer service, business emails, management and many other topics.
The Margaux Salon Academy
We have our own online academy, with clear and detailed video trainings. This allow us to super-charge your education and makes it super easy for you to learn as you can replay each videos as many times as you like.
It's an addition to face-to-face education.
