Is everything included in the price?
Yes. Everything necessary to deliver the service you book is included in the price shown—no hidden essentials added later.
A women’s haircut includes shampoo, conditioner, the haircut and a natural rough dry. Colour services include your colour, shampoo, conditioner, toner where needed, and a natural rough dry.
Will I be charged extra for toner?
No. If toner is needed as part of your booked colour service, it is already included. We will not add a compulsory toner charge later.
Do I have to pay for a finish?
No. A natural rough dry is included with your service. If you would prefer a styled blow-dry, you can choose it as a clearly priced, optional upgrade, never a compulsory extra.
Does my choice of stylist change the price?
No. One service, one price across our team.
Our stylists have different strengths, and we will help match you with the right person. But nobody offers a service until they have completed the required training and assessment, and there is no stylist-level surcharge.
What if we don’t nail it?
Please tell us. We will listen, take ownership and work to put it right. Where a corrective touch-up is appropriate, we will provide it free of charge.
