Margaux Salon Model Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all individuals participating as hair models at Margaux Salon for the purpose of assisting in training and development of our stylists. By participating as a model, you agree to the following terms:
1. Purpose of Modeling
Models agree to participate voluntarily in services provided by trainee or junior stylists under the supervision of experienced professionals. The nature of the training may involve new techniques or styles that are unfamiliar to the stylist.
2. No Guarantees on Results
As the primary purpose of the model sessions is training and skill development, Margaux Salon does not guarantee any specific results or that the final outcome will match the model’s expectations. The model understands that there may be deviations from the expected outcome.
3. Supervision and Guidance
All services will be performed under the supervision of a senior stylist or trainer. However, due to the nature of training, there may be some variation in skill level. Models acknowledge that services are being performed by trainees who are still refining their techniques.
4. Release of Liability
Margaux Salon and its employees, contractors, or affiliates will not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction or damage (whether physical, emotional, or financial) related to the outcome of the service provided, including but not limited to hair length, color, style, or condition post-service.
5. Health & Condition of Hair
Models must disclose any relevant information regarding the condition of their hair, including previous treatments or allergies, before any service begins. Margaux Salon will not be responsible for adverse effects or damages caused by undisclosed information.
6. Complaints & Corrections
If a model is unsatisfied with the outcome, Margaux Salon will consider reasonable requests for adjustments or corrections, but these will be at the discretion of the salon. The salon is not obligated to provide refunds or further services free of charge.
7. Photo & Video Consent
By participating as a model, you agree that Margaux Salon may take photographs and videos of the service process and final result, which may be used for training, promotional, or educational purposes. No compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.
8. Termination of Services
Margaux Salon reserves the right to terminate the model’s participation at any point during the process if the salon deems it necessary due to inappropriate behavior or violation of these T&Cs.
9. Assumption of Risk
By agreeing to be a model, you accept that there are inherent risks associated with hair treatments, especially when performed by trainees, and you assume full responsibility for any personal outcomes.
10. Governing Law
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales..
